Syphilitic | Founding ascending aorta and arch with Inflammatory destruction of media and fibrous replacement due to treponemal infection. Positive serology. |
Berry /Saccular | Congenital defects in elastic at bifurcations. Branches of the circle of Willis. Associations with Adult polycystic kidney disease, smoking and hypertension. |
Infective (mycotic) | Any Destruction of wall by bacteria in infected thrombus and local endarteritis |
